Job summary

Inflektion is seeking a hands-on finance operator to own the monthly commission cycle, invoice brands, reconcile, collect, and pay partners with accuracy. You will reduce manual work by automating processes and using AI where appropriate.

In this remote-first role, you’ll build scalable financial systems, improve reconciliation, and ensure timely monthly closes, while communicating clearly with partners and internal teams in North American hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance or accounting operations at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Hands-on reconciliation, accounts receivable/payable, and process automation.
• Proven ability to build and improve financial processes with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end monthly affiliate commission cycle from invoicing to payout.
• Keep books accurate, receivables/payables current, and automate workflows.
• Interface with partners and internal teams, improving systems and automation.
