Job summary

Steele Brands Management LLC through the CRISP & GREEN brand is seeking a Development & Facilities Manager in Minnesota. You will lead store buildouts, coordinate with franchisees, architects, and contractors to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include subcontractor management, permitting, and documentation, while aligning with Operations and Supply Chain. This role requires construction background and strong communication across multi-site projects.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings, specs and MEP documents.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for multi-site builds.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with general contractors, architects and vendors to manage store buildouts.
• Develop construction schedules and vendor delivery timelines.
• Monitor budgets, permits, approvals and project milestones.
• Provide guidance to franchisees throughout the development process.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
