Merrimack Valley Associates LP is a high-growth venture and contract procurement firm specializing in contract fulfillment and developing partnership ecosystems. We are currently in our Series A funding round and seeking an investor to partner with us financially and operationally to complete this round.

Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for an Equity Partner. The responsibilities include providing catalyst investment capital, identifying and assessing investment opportunities, conducting market research and financial analysis, developing investment strategies, networking within the industry, managing portfolios, client relations, preparing investment reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

The position offers initial equity and revenue share, a negotiated salary upon completion of the equity round, investment returns, and comprehensive benefits.
