Responsibilities

• Creating and iterating complex financial models.
• Conducting financial valuations and creating return models for investments.
• Working with senior Merchant Banking team to evaluate deals and perform due diligence.
• Preparing investment memoranda.
• Preparing quarterly valuation reports and LP reports.
• Maintaining the Merchant Banking deal pipeline and records.
