The role emphasizes collaboration with senior bankers, preparing investment memoranda and quarterly reports for partners, and maintaining a dynamic deal pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Investment Banking, buy-side or related financial experience.
• Strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and learn quickly.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience with financial modeling or formal training.
• Positive attitude with a desire to work with and contribute to the culture of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate complex financial models.
• Conduct financial valuations and create return models for potential investments.
• Work with senior members to evaluate and conduct due diligence on potential investments.
• Prepare investment memoranda.
• Prepare quarterly valuation reports.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports for our limited partners.
• Maintain the Merchant Banking deal pipeline and transaction records.
