Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is hiring a Growth Lead to own the Growth organization end-to-end—from acquisition to intake—and to grow the team from 5 to ~10 over the next three months.

You will partner with growth marketing, sales, and operations to maintain a steady, high-volume pipeline and ensure smooth lead movement through the intake to completion using AI-forward processes.

The role combines leadership, stakeholder management, and process building in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Lead and grow the Growth org from 5 to ~10, with day-to-day management and career development.
• Partner with growth marketing on lead acquisition and distribution surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth end-to-end, including acquisition and intake; ensure a steady pipeline across channels.
• Drive lead acquisition across web, aggregators, social, paid, and other surfaces; optimize intake flow to completion.
