Qualifications

• Deliver the best UX to diverse users across industries.
• Make data-informed decisions and understand impact of changes.
• Experience with event-driven infrastructure in GCP or AWS.
• Backend experience with Ruby or Go.
• Frontend/full-stack with TypeScript/React and modern frontend tools.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions to help users get the most out of Algolia.
• Run experiments and A/B tests to choose the best solution.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to explore opportunities.
• Evolve Growth platform to scale with customers and internal teams.
• Deliver a solid growth foundation with multiple teams.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in reviews.
• Improve engineering quality, processes, and tooling.
• Drive roadmap ideas and own projects from discovery to delivery.
• Own bottom-up initiatives that target metrics and execute on them.
