Job summary

Fizz is the hottest Gen Z social platform in the world, driving rapid growth across campus networks. We’re seeking a Growth Engineer to build systems and automations powering expansion, monetization, and operational efficiency.

You’ll work with our Head of Product, CTO, growth, and monetization teams. Your work will include designing scalable GTM tools, analytics pipelines, and automated workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate growth, while ensuring robust data models and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend-heavy software engineering experience
• Proven track record building 0→1 systems in fast-paced environments
• Strong backend fundamentals: data modeling, APIs, queues, caching
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly data-driven with deep analytics skills
• Familiar with AI coding tools and able to read/review code
• Interest in Gen Z products and authentic experiences

Responsibilities

• Build systems and automations powering GTM, content, trust & safety, and monetization
• Own analytics pipelines, dashboards, and reporting
• Prototype with LLM-driven workflows and ship to production
• Collaborate with heads of product, growth, and monetization
• Design scalable back-end services with clear data models
