Job summary

Manifest OS in New York City is seeking an experienced software engineer to own and build the marketing and sales tech stack, including customer-facing web experiences, internal apps, and AI agents that drive conversion. This high-ownership role is in person in NYC and emphasizes rapid testing and iteration.

You will own analytics and measurement, reconciling data across Amplitude and GA4, and collaborate with RevOps to turn business questions into trusted answers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a software engineer, strong in TypeScript, React, and Next.js (our stack, deployed on Vercel); you ship production-quality frontend and hold your own on backend, data (Python/SQL), and AI tooling.
• AI-native by default: builds with LLMs and agents; bonus for shipped data or AI products.
• Strong on data too: SQL and BI, can own measurement and turn a business question into a trusted answer.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the software behind marketing and sales: customer-facing web experiences, internal apps and automations, and AI agents that drive conversion.
• Own marketing analytics and measurement: reporting, attribution, and the full journey to tell what’s actually moving conversion.
• Build toward conversational BI and integrate with a central data platform, collaborating with RevOps and the GTM team.
