Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Growth Engineer to own the Cresta.com platform end-to-end, shaping how our marketing stack and AI agents operate on Cresta's site. You will set the technical vision for the website, collaborate with brand and design on interactive experiences, and build the tools that let marketers ship without heavy engineering involvement.

You will also implement robust analytics, localization, and SEO enablement while driving AI agent deployment for marketing use cases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software/web/AI engineering or growth engineering experience.
• Strong across the stack: application code, APIs, data, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cresta.com web platform end-to-end including structure, content flow, and integrations.
• Define the website stack vision and CMS evolution to meet marketing needs; Webflow today.
• Collaborate with brand/design on interactive experiences and maintain a consistent component system.
• Own instrumentation for GTM forms, gated content, events, and attribution; ensure data quality downstream.
• Build localization foundations for new markets (locale routing, URL structure, hreflang).
• Implement engineering practices to enable rapid, safe shipping without overbuilding.
• Contribute to SEO/AEO programs with relevant technical work.
• Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents on Cresta's platform for marketing use cases.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering from real-world deployments and identify tooling gaps.

If you are self-driven, AI-native, and eager to own something end to end, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesThe web platform- Own how cresta.com is built end to end: how it’s structured, how content flows through it, and how it connects to everything else.- Set the technical vision for how our website stack and CMS should evolve to meet the growing needs of our business and the rapidly changing workflows of the marketing team. Our website runs on Webflow today.- Partner with brand and design on the interactive experiences that carry our identity. They set the creative vision; you architect and build it. Own the component system so the site stays consistent as it grows.- Own the instrumentation where the site meets our GTM stack — forms, gated content, event tracking, and attribution — so data lands cleanly downstream, in partnership with marketing ops.- Build the technical foundation for localization as we scale into new markets, including locale routing, URL architecture, and hreflang, partnering with our web strategy lead on CMS translation workflows and content structure- Put in the engineering practices that let us move quickly without breaking things. Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering techniques are strongly preferred.- A track record of learning a domain fast and going deep. You've been dropped into something unfamiliar and become the person other people come to.- High agency. You define your own work, ship without being told what to build, and treat gaps as yours to close.- Strong understanding of general AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).- Comfortable as the deepest technical voice on a non-engineering team, scoping ambiguous requests and explaining tradeoffs to marketers.- Ownership. You treat the outcome as yours, including when something breaks or was built badly before you arrived.Nice To Have- Experience owning a marketing website.
