Job summary

Resolve AI, Inc. is seeking an experienced frontend/marketing website lead in San Francisco to own the marketing site end-to-end.

You will translate designs into fast, accessible pages and collaborate with marketing and design to launch high-converting landing pages and ABM experiences. You will optimize for performance, SEO, and conversions, implement analytics (Segment, GA), and manage deployment through Vercel/Netlify.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing and scaling modern marketing websites.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong proficiency in Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with analytics instrumentation (e.g., Segment, GA).
• Prior experience with modern CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Webflow).
• Experience optimizing performance and SEO at scale.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user behavior tracking.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Practical experience with deployment platforms (e.g., Vercel, Netlify).
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

• Own the entire marketing website—codebase, performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performance web pages.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to launch compelling landing pages and content.
• Build custom web experiences for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Drive measurable growth by optimizing pages for conversion, SEO, and performance.
• Instrument and manage analytics tools (e.g., Segment, Google Analytics) to track user behavior.
• Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on website experiences.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment environments, and site reliability (e.g., via Vercel or Netlify).
• Monitor site traffic and engagement, proactively offering insights and improvements.
• Ensure best-in-class SEO, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and security practices.

What You’ll Do
