Job summary

Innovare │ AI Talent Partners is seeking a Growth Engineer for an early-stage company building next-generation AI and developer infrastructure in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will sit between engineering, product and growth, driving developer adoption and growth.

You will build demos, onboarding experiences, and launches across major channels, while turning usage data into actionable product improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Up to $200K base + equity | San Francisco Bay Area

We're hiring a Growth Engineer for an early-stage company building next-generation AI and developer infrastructure.

The product sits across AI, distributed systems, edge computing and developer tooling, with a strong open-source component.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll sit between engineering, product and growth, with responsibility for driving developer adoption.

• Build demos, tools, landing pages and onboarding experiences
• Engineer launches across GitHub, Hacker News, Reddit, X and Product Hunt
• Improve activation, onboarding and product-led growth loops
• Create technical demos, benchmarks and content developers want to share
• Instrument the funnel and turn usage data into product improvements

You’ll Be a Strong Fit If

• You're a strong engineer who understands how technical products grow
• You can independently build and ship
• You understand developer communities and internet distribution
• You've grown, launched or built something from scratch
• You think in terms of activation, retention and referrals rather than impressions
• You're comfortable in a fast-moving early-stage environment

Experience across developer tools, open source, AI infrastructure, distributed systems or technical growth is particularly relevant.

Up to $200K base + equity.
