Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is hiring a Growth Enablement Manager to lead firmwide demand activation for our product-focused business line. You will partner with leadership and regional marketing to develop campaigns, events, and lead programs that engage technology buyers and generate opportunities.

You will equip sellers with messaging, market intelligence, and assets, collaborating with marketing, BD, and regional teams to scale successful programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Product marketing or product-focused experience.
• Experience building demand-generation, account-based marketing, or sales-enablement programs.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Experience with technology solutions, professional services, consulting, nonprofit organizations, or fundraising.

About You

6+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B environment.

Product marketing or product-focused experience.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot.

Experience with technology solutions, professional services, consulting, nonprofit organizations, or fundraising.

About the Position

Salary: $95,000-$115,000.

Schedule: Full-time, remote.

Location: Ideally based near an office, with New York City preferred. Philadelphia, Chicago, and Los Angeles are also of interest.

Travel required for team meetings, events, and collaboration.
