Job summary

ChemTreat is seeking a Sr. Sales Leader - Growth Driver to grow market share by leading innovative sales strategies in water treatment.

You will focus on acquiring new customers while collaborating with Technical Staff and Account Managers to develop and execute growth plans. The role emphasizes strategic prospecting, high-level stakeholder engagement, and delivering compelling proposals to win new business across diverse industrial markets in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field or equivalent 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of water treatment experience.
• Experience with sales strategy development and account acquisition.
• Knowledge of chemical water treatment systems and applications

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers while expanding existing accounts.
• Develop growth strategies with Technical Staff and Account Managers.
• Create and present proposals communicating ChemTreat value proposition.
• Transition new business to the account management team as needed.
• Entertain customers and prospects per ChemTreat policy.
• Travel as required.
