Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, community growth, UGC campaigns, or related fields.
• Experience growing audiences and engagement on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, X, or Discord.
• Strong understanding of internet culture and creator ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow multiple social media accounts across key platforms.
• Execute content and community strategies to boost engagement and follower growth.
• Identify trends and opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
