Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive tax experience with leadership potential.
• Expertise in partnerships, trusts, Estates and closely held businesses.
• Lead teams, mentor talent, and manage complex engagements.
• Commercial mindset; book of business not required.
• Balance hands-on work, client relationships and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax engagements and develop proactive tax strategies.
• Mentor and develop tax professionals, establish accountability.
• Expand relationships and support business development for TAS.
• Oversee pricing, realization, utilization, profitability and efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic planning, risk mgmt and leadership.
