The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail or service management, plus proven trainer experience. This full-time position includes weekends and a compensation range of $20.25–$25.25 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years management experience in storage, retail environment, or service industry.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a trainer in a multi-location storage company, multi-client business, district/regional retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, security, and financial health to maximize occupancy and service quality.
• Source, interview, and train new employees; conduct ongoing training for staff across Phoenix-area properties.
• Coordinate with District/Area Manager to meet company goals and ensure consistency across locations.
• Assist other properties as directed by management and provide input for performance reviews.
