Job summary

Dollar Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a full-time role at 4470 W Peoria Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. You will rent units, prepare leases, and provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, outcomes-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license. Spanish language skills are a plus; benefits and competitive pay are offered by Stadium Properties Llc.

Qualifications

• Retail Store Experience.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Flexibility: Weekends are required.
• Valid Driver's License and Insurance.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and prepare leases.
• Meet customer needs with the highest level of service.
• Ensure the facility is clean and well maintained at all times.
• Maintain accurate accounting of rent collections and retail sales and make deposits in a timely manner.
• Handle the operations of a self-storage facility in a professional and business-like manner.
