Responsibilities

• Manages communications from prospective clients through multiple channels.
• Reviews applications and questionnaires from prospective clients.
• Organizes and schedules phone calls and consultations.
• Assists prospective clients with obtaining technical assistance.
• Monitors social media platforms and engages with followers.
• Works with the Sales and Marketing Directors on communications.
• Develops and tracks sales metrics and assists in reporting.
