Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current Ohio Dental Hygienist License.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to perform dental radiography in accordance with Ohio requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance.
• Perform periodontal charting and assessments.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease and communicate findings.
• Take diagnostic radiographs as indicated.
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene and periodontal health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
