Innovative Therapy Concepts in Fitzgerald, GA, seeks an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to join a dynamic rehabilitation team. The PTA will work under a Physical Therapist to deliver comprehensive therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, balance, and deconditioning cases.

New graduates welcome; extensive clinical mentorship helps transition from PTA school. We offer a strong team environment with collaboration among PTs, OTs, and SLPs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess patient data and adjust treatment plans.

Responsabilités

• Administers PTAs treatments under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Administers manual therapy, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Instructs and assists patients with functional activities and mobility.
• Monitors patient responses and reports progress to the PT.
• Gives orientation to new PTAs and supports PT aides.
• Performs clerical tasks and maintains patient records.
