Job summary

Carson Group in Omaha, NE seeks a senior Business Analyst and Operations owner to design and optimize Client Acquisition workflows, data systems, and partner relationships. You will translate strategic priorities into clear requirements, manage tech backlogs, and drive scalable processes across CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information systems, or related field preferred.
• Eight years of professional experience required, matrixed organization and cross-functional setting preferred.
• Five years in financial services or related industry preferred.
• Experience as business analyst and process/operations owner required.
• Experience implementing new CRM features, data systems, or lead lifecycle improvements preferred.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid project management frameworks preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM and data platforms; Salesforce experience strongly preferred and HubSpot a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Development and Optimization: Own the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of Client Acquisition processes.
• Requirements and Technology Backlog Management: Translate priorities into actionable requirements and manage the backlog.
• Lead Lifecycle and Vendor Performance: Analyze third-party lead quality and coordinate improvements with vendors.
• Systems and Workflow Management: Work within HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI, Catchlight, and Calendly to connect data and processes.
• Implementation and Change Management: Coordinate testing, readiness, training materials, and rollout.
• Reporting and Program Insights: Structure data and definitions for leadership reporting and insights.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks to support objectives.
