The PTA will work under a licensed PT to implement treatment plans, support patient care, and help maintain quality outcomes across facilities. Requires PTA credentialing and CPR certification, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid state license/registration/certification as PTA.
• CAPTE national exam completed for PTA.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of a licensed PT as required by state law.
• Assist PT in implementing prescribed treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality PT services to patients, caregivers, and facilities per Select Medical policies.
• Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants, and contribute to case management.
• Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients and expand relationships.
