Job summary

Nardello & Co. LLC in New York seeks a Managing Director to lead the expansion of its Digital Investigations and Cyber Risk practice, working with senior management on new business development and project execution. The role oversees multidisciplinary teams, ensures work quality, and manages high-level client relationships.

Hybrid work arrangement with some travel is expected. The ideal candidate will bring active practice involvement, including digital forensics analysis and expert testimony.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in digital forensic and cyber response services, including senior management roles.
• Proven track record of developing a book of business.
• Experience delivering expert analysis and testimony in litigation or regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development plan with senior management.
• Grow the client base by generating new business and managing relationships.
• Oversee case management from proposal to delivery, including digital forensics and incident response.
• Perform hands-on digital forensics analysis and provide expert testimony when needed.
• Train and mentor junior professionals in the practice.
• Shape the firm’s strategy to enable growth and expansion.
