Job summary

Romark Logistics in Dallas, TX is seeking a Material Handler II for 2nd shift. The role involves performing freight picking and transportation, operating multiple MHE types, and ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations.

You will use RF scanners and the WMS to manage movements and put-away, with an emphasis on accuracy and safety. The position requires flexible availability, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and the stamina to work in cold storage environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating MHE and warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate all equipment in a warehousing environment (MHE, RF scanner).
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work at heights up to 40 ft and in cold storage (40F).
• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs frequently, up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Must meet DOT sight and hearing requirements.
• Able to read and interpret safety, operating, and maintenance instructions.
• Willing to work daily and weekend overtime to meet business needs.
• Independent worker who meets safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete all Warehouse Associate Level I functions, including freight picking and transporting products.
• Inspect MHE for wear or damage and perform pre-operation checklists.
• Report maintenance or repair issues to supervision.
• Follow PPE and safe material handling practices.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and GMP standards.
• Operate various material handling equipment (VNA, reach trucks, EPJ forklifts, etc.).
• Use RF scanner to manage product movements in WMS.
• Handle replenishment and put-away in WMS system.
• Perform inbound unloading and pallet movement as required.
• Assist with CoPack duties including handling raw materials and packaging components.
