The role requires 5+ years in integrated marketing and strong leadership, with hands-on project management and a data-driven mindset to optimize ROI across stores and channels. Onsite in Houston/Dallas, with a focus on growth and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in integrated marketing, brand or project management.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate strategy into action.
• Data-driven with understanding of campaign ROI.
• Hands-on with project management tools like ClickUp.

Responsibilities

• Own the omni-channel marketing calendar and coordinate promotions.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Operations, Creative, Tech, and Analytics.
• Manage timelines and delivery of digital, print, and on-site assets.
• Improve workflows between internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Develop playbooks for promotions, events, openings, and acquisitions.
• Coordinate hyper-local campaigns to defend markets from competitors.
• Support loyalty and membership growth through targeted campaigns.
• Communicate updates and results to leadership.
