Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Dayton seeks a Sales & Catering Manager to drive group and catering sales, nurturing client relationships from initial contact to post-event follow-up. You’ll collaborate with Sales and Event Management to deliver exceptional experiences that elevate the property’s reputation.

You will forecast revenue, manage room blocks and F&B details, and leverage Marriott systems to support data-driven decisions while representing the hotel at events and site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing group/catering sales in a hotel environment.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, manage, and grow client accounts for new business and existing partnerships.
