Job summary

Health Haven is seeking a hands-on Digital Growth & Healthcare Content Lead to drive our digital marketing, content creation and lead-generation initiatives. You will work with physicians and researchers to develop educational material, optimize the website and oversee video production with remote teams.

You will develop strategy, supervise editors, and ensure high-quality content that aligns with HIPAA and branding.

Qualifications

Demonstrated professional experience in digital marketing, healthcare or professional content creation, social-media growth, SEO and lead generation.
Hands-on experience creating video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or similar platforms.
Practical video-production and video-editing experience.
Ability to independently evaluate and approve the work of professional video editors.
Strong knowledge of SEO, local SEO, keyword research, website analytics and conversion optimization.
Demonstrated experience generating measurable leads through organic or paid digital campaigns.
Strong project-management skills and experience managing remote employees, contractors or international teams.
Excellent writing, communication, organization and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines, quality and accountability.
Ability to interpret marketing data and convert it into specific corrective actions.
Comfortable working on-site with physicians, clinicians, research teams and administrative personnel.
A portfolio or documented examples of videos, content, SEO campaigns and measurable growth outcomes.
A demonstrated history of initiative, problem-solving, resilience and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads for TMS evaluations, Spravato consultations, outpatient psychiatric services and clinical-research participation.
Create or supervise landing pages, lead forms, videos, calls to action and follow-up campaigns.
Collaborate with intake, scheduling and research recruitment teams to track leads from source through enrollment.
Evaluate lead quality and propose improvements to the lead-conversion process.
Establish reliable tracking to identify which campaign, keyword, video or asset generated each lead.
Maintain accountability for measurable outcomes beyond mere activity or impressions.
Recruit, organize and manage outsourced video editors, graphic designers and writers.
Maintain a project-management system showing ownership, deadlines and outcomes.
Ensure outsourced deliverables meet production and quality expectations.
