Men In Kilts seeks an experienced General Manager to lead our home exterior cleaning operations. You will oversee day-to-day activities, drive strategic growth, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients while modelling a culture of excellence.

You will manage a diverse team, coordinate with administrative staff, monitor budgets, forecast needs, and ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in home exterior cleaning or related services.
• Strategic thinker able to develop and execute growth plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure efficiency, quality standards, and optimal use of resources.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to drive growth, market expansion, and enhanced service offerings.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor Exterior Cleaning Technicians, Administrative Coordinators, and support staff.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Financial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures.
