Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expanded services.
• Lead and mentor Exterior Cleaning Technicians, Administrative Coordinators, and support staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cost-control measures for the company.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards and company policies.
