Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership management experience in the QSR industry.
• 5+ years of experience working in the QSR industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold your team accountable.
• A guest-first mindset with a commitment to excellence.
• Comfortable managing P&L responsibility and food safety practices.
