Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Site Engineer to drive high-performance frontend features and conversion-focused web experiences. This role collaborates across marketing, product, design, and engineering to ship scalable pages, run experiments, and optimize the user journey from first touch through ongoing engagement.

You will lead frontend projects using React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern tools, with anchor days in SF/NY/London/Berlin or fully remote based on location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Full stack experience, designing or consuming APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex frontend projects for brand and product marketing.
• Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to A/B test landing pages.
• Design and implement scalable applications, web services, and APIs.
• Contribute to the design system and uphold UX standards.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs with high-quality resolutions.
• Write technical documents and maintain internal tools.
• Review contributions from other engineers.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize funnel performance.
