You will manage sales initiatives, staff performance, and club operations while collaborating with the General Manager to meet profitability and service goals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a sales driven environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and lead high performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily membership sales efforts through prospecting, tours, referrals, and community outreach.
• Execute daily sales activities including outbound calls, follow‑ups, appointments and membership sales.
• Generate referrals and promote Success Sessions.
• Support personal training revenue growth through member onboarding.
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to hit club goals.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Coach Sales Associates and Member Experience Experts on performance and service.
• Maintain club cleanliness, organization, and brand standards.
• Assist with payroll, budgeting, and labor management.
• Analyze club reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
