Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Austin, TX. This full-time role focuses on driving loan sales, outreach for collections and tax services, and delivering high-quality customer support in a busy, phone-driven environment.

You will manage delinquent accounts, assist customers with applications and tax services, process payments, and maintain accurate records. The position offers growth opportunities, strong benefits, and a performance-based earnings structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax-related documentation in company systems.
