ManpowerGroup is seeking a Product Manager in Alameda, CA, onsite to drive ecommerce growth initiatives. You will own the growth strategy, translate insights into hypotheses, and maintain a prioritized roadmap focused on conversion and revenue.

You will lead end-to-end experiments, optimize UX and content, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable improvements in customer engagement and retention.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product management or related digital roles.
• Proven success in driving growth for ecommerce or revenue-generating digital products.
• Experience in developing and shipping product changes that improve conversion and customer experience.
• Candidates with prior ecommerce product management experience are preferred.

• Own and drive the ecommerce growth strategy by diagnosing constraints across discovery, conversion, trust, and retention.
