Job summary

Campbell's is hiring a Distribution Material Handler in Denver, CO to support warehouse operations. You will receive, store, pick, load, and distribute products and POS materials, using handheld scanners and forklifts under supervision. The role emphasizes inventory integrity, safety, and efficient order fulfillment.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with possible overtime. A high school diploma or GED is required, and forklift certification is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to read safety rules and operate procedures.
• Must qualify for forklift operator certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; may lift over 100 pounds occasionally.
• DOT certification where required by location.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products and POS materials using material handling equipment.
• Sort products into designated storage locations.
• Assemble orders and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Verify quantities of received and outgoing products.
• Label products with dates, descriptions, codes, and counts.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move products.
• Use handheld scanners per guidelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support fulfillment.
• Follow safety, hygiene and housekeeping procedures.
• Support cycle counts and inventory activities.
• Complete inspections and report defective equipment.
