Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Hospitality, real estate, or related industry experience preferred.
• Public accounting with hospitality/real estate exposure encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple entities and divisions.
• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Process and oversee executive payroll for ~50 employees.
• Partner with department managers to improve financial understanding and performance.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and financial analytics for leadership.
