• Plan and purchase materials with safety considerations.
• Perform takeoffs and collaborate with subcontractors for bids.
• Maintain project files and current drawings.

Skills

Excel expertise

General knowledge of computer software

Ability to read and understand drawings

Ability to prepare subcontractor scopes of work

Experience with project planning, scheduling, and estimating

Education

Pursuing a 4-year engineering or construction management degree
