Responsibilities
Comply with safety policies and procedures on site.
Support the Project Manager and Project Engineer in various tasks.
Log and file project correspondence and shop drawings.
Record project work quantities in documentation.
Assist with material deliveries and coding for tracking.
Coordinate with vendors regarding schedules and billing.
Draft correspondence as needed by the Project Manager.
Review delivery slips and purchase orders accurately.
Support project cost management efforts.
