HarperXS is seeking a motivated Estimator to join our Preconstruction team in Greenville, SC. You will assist with budgets, takeoffs, and subcontractor pricing while learning the estimating process from senior team members.

The role provides hands-on experience, collaboration with Preconstruction, Business Development, and Operations, and opportunities for professional growth within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field is required.
• Experience with estimating and preconstruction processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing estimates and budgets for commercial projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and project documents.
• Draft proposals and solicit pricing from subcontractors and vendors.
• Support preconstruction and business development teams.
• Participate in site walkthroughs and bid reviews.
