Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including controller-level responsibilities.
• Strong background in job costing in construction accounting.
• Hands-on experience across AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Process and code all subcontractor and vendor invoices accurately.
• Manage payment runs with job-cost coding.
• Build a scalable AP workflow as subcontractor volume grows.
• Prepare and submit draw requests and track receivables.
