Job summary

Pointwealth Capital Management in Encino, CA seeks a licensed or unlicensed client service associate with 1+ year of experience to support a large client book. The role is full-time in-office with daily variation and cross-training.

You will handle client inquiries, schedule meetings, process new accounts and money movements, using back-office resources. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience, with benefits including 401(k), matching, health and vision

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to learn and grow in financial services

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
• Answer calls/emails and route to the advisor as needed
• Schedule and prepare for client meetings (agendas, reports, summaries)
• Process new accounts, maintenance requests, and money movements
