Job summary

Banks Valuation is seeking Certified Residential Appraisers to join our growing team in multiple Ohio markets, with opportunities in Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Toledo, Akron, Youngstown, Logan and more.

Starting as a 1099 independent contractor with competitive per-report pay for the first 90 days, we offer a path to salaried W-2 status in high-volume markets, performance-based bonuses, health benefits, and access to our proprietary ECHO EMS and other tech tools.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential Appraiser License is required.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn, adapt and evolve with Banks Valuation.
• Ability to work independently while remaining open to feedback and process improvements; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Completing credible and well-supported valuations for residential properties.
• Managing assignments efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance.
