Key Law Office seeks an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead strategic growth across five Texas offices alongside the Owner and Managing Attorney. You will drive the multi-year plan, oversee COO, Intake, Billing and Marketing leads, and own budgeting, profitability, and client experience.

The role requires a track record of scaling professional services, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build an executive team while preserving the firm’s culture and community ties.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive business leadership in a professional services context.
• 5+ years in an executive role with P&L ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute a multi-year growth plan across new offices, practice areas, and lateral hiring.
• Supervise the COO and department leads (Intake, Billing, Marketing) and drive firm-wide strategy and profitability.
• Design compensation structures and scalable systems to support rapid growth across five offices.
