Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial experience.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, AP/AR processing, and financial recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, general ledger accounts, and supporting documentation as the Bookkeeper.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness as the Bookkeeper.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts as the Bookkeeper.
• Assist with payroll processing, employee expense reporting, and related accounting activities as the Bookkeeper.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end close procedures as the Bookkeeper.
