Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

PBS offers complimentary training to become an RBT and supports aspiring BCBA career paths in a caring, growth‑focused environment. As a BA/RBT you will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, collect data, and communicate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
