Job summary

Chewy is seeking an Associate Category Manager to join our fast-paced Bowls and Home team. You will own brand sales, pricing, promotions, and performance across the portfolio, partnering with supply chain to maintain inventory health and drive growth through new offerings and exceptional execution.

You will develop marketing plans for customer acquisition, analyze market and data insights, and collaborate with internal partners to unlock exponential growth in a high-growth environment at Chewy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business experience in leading E-commerce, retail.
• 3+ years of category or brand management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Have full ownership of brand sales encompassing assortment, pricing, promotions, and brand performance.
• Delivers outstanding execution across vendor operations, including but not limited to item and content setup, ordering/forecasting, promotional planning, etc.
• Define the strategy to build the business, deliver rapid growth, launch new products, and expand your vendor relationships.
• Analyze market, customer, and data insights to elevate performance and refine strategies
