Job summary

Our client in Bellevue, WA is seeking an ambitious Associate Advisor (Relationship Manager) to join their wealth management team. This full-time role offers mentorship, exposure to a large, established book, and pathways to becoming a trusted Financial Advisor.

You will work onsite in Bellevue, manage client relationships, prepare financial proposals, and develop planning recommendations alongside senior Advisors. Compensation includes a $50K base plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Active Series 7, Series 66, and state life & disability licenses required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an established book of approx. 1,000 client households.
• Deliver proactive ongoing service and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Meet with clients to review financial goals and provide exceptional service.
• Prepare for client meetings and develop financial proposals and planning recommendations.
• Present financial planning and investment recommendations with increasing independence.
• Support fee-based planning engagements and advisory relationships.
