Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager Trainee (7035-Millwood), a part-time role to support the General Manager with daily store operations. You are self-motivated, organized, and ready to grow with the company in a 350+ staff local franchise environment.

You will learn balance of customer service, inventory, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping; must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; 30-50 hours weekly; background in food service preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in food industry preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of management skills preferred.
• A minimum age of 18 years

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Help meet store goals and maintain high standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and supervise shifts.
• Support scheduling and training of team members.
