Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager in the United States to lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness and safety standards. You will work closely with the RGM to drive guest satisfaction and financial results.

Ideal candidates are hands-on leaders with 1–2 years of leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to growth and development within the brand.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments like restaurants or retail.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team-motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK brand standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people through coaching and skill building.
• Lead operations by upholding BK standards, encouraging ideas, removing roadblocks, and leading by example.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and maintaining cash control and security.
